Consumer Growth Strategy
Consumers hold rich category associations both personally and collectively and we use and image-base qualitative research approach to help consumers express their deeper thoughts, feelings and associations about the category through story and metaphor. We then aggregate the insights across consumers and present a holistic map of the mind of the consumer. This approach is proven to be robust and indicative even with a relatively small sample size, and inevitably offers brilliant new insights about the category space.
